Today’s intake 6/8/13

B - Honey and almond oat so simple with blueberries, mixed seeds and a belvita biscuit

S - Handful of raisins

L - Toasted houmous Sandwich and mango, passion fruit & papaya yogurt with strawberries

S - Homemade scone with strawberry jam and banana with peanut butter

D - Spinach, feta and roasted red pepper quiche with boiled potatoes and green beans

   - Salted caramel ice cream and a belvita biscuit

S - Chocolate pop tart and strawberries

I think i did better today than yesterday, i managed a small morning snack and i had more for lunch than yesterday, i’m going to try to do better again tomorow and hopefully i’ll be back up to normal soon :)
